After a lengthy career in Advertising and as a Franchisee for a popular sandwich chain, Lana became a stay at home mom to her two young children. Excited to begin a new chapter in her life, she pursued her dream to become a Realtor. As an Agent at United Real Estate, Lana is very excited to share her knowledge and passion for San Diego with her clients. She is a committed Agent who offers superior customer service and will always go above and beyond to make sure her clients are 100% satisfied.
I grew up in Lake Bluff, Illinois. My father was in the Navy and stationed at Great Lakes. If you have gone to boot camp in Illinois, you will know how cold it is.
Where did you go to college?
I moved to San Diego from Illinois to go to Point Loma University. I was a liberal studies major and received my teaching credential from Point Loma. I also attended San Diego State University to get a couple of special education credentials. A few years later I went to school for my MBA in school administration.
Why did you get into real estate?
I have been in the field of education for 30 years. When I retired, I decided that I wanted to do something that would still impact families in a positive way. It is so exciting when you see in a buyer’s eyes that look that says, “I found the home of my dreams.” Being there for sellers as they move from one chapter to the next is also a rewarding experience. I appreciate those that entrust this journey with me.

Christine Fitzgerald is a motivated Realtor® living a joyful, energized life in San Diego while pursuing excellence in Real Estate.
Given the chance in 2013, Christine seized the opportunity to blend her love of both family and home to launch her residential real estate career. Christine demonstrates a genuine passion and deep rooted connection with the pride of ownership and a responsibility for helping clients achieve their home goals and dreams. She specializes in assisting Sellers, Buyers, Relocation clients, and Investors with their residential real estate needs.
Why buy or sell a home? For what purpose? Christine understands that most people invest in real estate to provide security and protection for individuals and families. The solid roof overhead and knowing where you will sleep tonight and in the years to come. The memories shared with family and friends at the kitchen table, outdoor entertaining, and nourturing relationships with your neighbors. The financial stability of setting your cost of living expenses and knowing there will be equity growing for the future. Christine takes to heart that buying or selling real estate fundamentally changes, shelters, and moves lives.
Meeting with clients to collaborate, Christine helps determine their home plan; whether it is working with a 1st time buyer, sellers moving into a larger home for a growing family, or relocation services. Christine quickly gets to work strategizing, negotiating, and managing the transaction. She is a top-notch advocate for her clients. Christine provides reliable guidance and care in the midst of major financial and emotional decisions. Her drive and perseverance throughout the transaction demonstrate her motivation to confidently complete your transaction.
Christine welcomes new introductions and continuously strives to build a "Client Family". She partners with clients as well as a industry service providers, lenders, inspectors, United Real Estate San Diego broker, and community advocates. She cultivates a thriving network that is always growing and helping others. For example, Christine has partnered with Humble Design, a local charitable organization providing wall-to-wall home furnishings for families returning to homes after being homeless.
Prior to working in real estate, Christine worked in management, customer service, and project implementation positions at the County of San Diego/Department of Child Support Services and Elevate (formerly Essential Learning). Christine received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a specialization in teaching education at the University of California, San Diego.
Christine Fitzgerald is married to John and has two sons, Ryan and Andrew. She is a Southern California native and proudly resides in the Bridlewood Lakeside community in Poway. She loves hiking the local trails of Lake Poway or Mt. Woodson, watching her boys play Poway lacrosse, dancing & singing with girlfriends, and date nights with John. She enjoys managing home projects which have included multiple pool and backyard remodels, master bedroom & bathroom updates, and hopes to soon improve their kitchen and flooring! Christine loves to travel with family and friends. When international travel restrictions allow, Costa Rica, Playa Del Carmen Mexico, and Ireland on top of the list!
Hello to all!
I am a native Californian and love all the great things San Diego has to offer. I have been a full time Real Estate Professional since 2000 and love what I do. If your thinking of buying or selling give me a call for straight advice. I learn something new from every client and that's one thing I truly love about my business. Let's talk soon!
I grew up in two places…Hermosa Beach until I was 9, and then Visalia, CA until I graduated from High School.
Where did you go to college?
I moved down to San Diego to go to UCSD. That was a few years ago! I majored in Psychology and also did concentrated studies in Math and Organic Chemistry. Then I completed an MBA program at Point Loma Nazarene University.
Why did you get into real estate?
I chose real estate when I realized how I could make a big difference in the industry. It doesn’t take much to get a real estate license. But it takes work to be good at this business. People need an advocate, a guide, and a trusted advisor, and I really like being all three. Plus, I've always loved real estate. My mom was in real estate for a few years, and I would always read her MLS books to study all of the properties that were for sale, in escrow, and sold. She would always say to me, "Don't tell anyone you're looking at that!"
What is your favorite San Diego beach?
We love to go to Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach. It’s a little further away, but it’s worth it. Quiet, mostly locals, and Pizza Port is within walking distance!
The personal stuff…
I've been married to Kristin since 1997. We have two boys, Kyle and Keaton. Kyle is in high school and Keaton is in elementary school. We live in Fletcher Hills.
How are you involved in the community?
I’m president of the Board of Education of the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District. I’m also a sponsor of Autism Speaks locally.
If someone on the street asked you for your best piece of real estate advice, what would it be?
There are a lot of ways to save money in real estate, but one of them is NOT trying to find someone who can sell your house for less. You get what you pay for in this business. Any agent willing to discount their fees to you will also discount their service to you as well. Don’t go it alone, either. Having an agent involved in the transaction is insurance against something going wrong. Because when it does, it’s all on you if you don’t have an agent. That’s why I’m here.

"We are 100% Owned & Operated By A Firefighter Family"
Being a top producing Agent for United Real Estate San Diego is about dedication to my clients needs and anticipating how to serve them with the highest standard of excellence. Have you ever seen Undercover Boss? That's us. United Real Estate has thousands of Agents nationwide working to get your home sold! I pride myself on being highly ethical for all buyers and sellers no matter which side I am representing. I will work hard to get you the most from your listing or the best price on buying your dream home, but I will never be dishonest to get your business. I can still do the best for you with honesty and ethics.
Unlike most part time realtors, I am involved in every aspect of your transaction. After growing up in Ramona, graduating from UCSD and becoming a Biochemist, I realized my calling was in serving my community as a Realtor so I made a complete life change to real estate in year 2000.
I am the wife of a Fire Chief and the mother of 2 girls. I know how important your family is to you. I have dedicated my career to guiding you through this process to create the home life you have always dreamed about.
I founded "HOME 4 A HERO PROGRAM" and I am proud to be the only Realtor offering it to my clients. My Hero Clients (Military, Vets, 1st Responders, Civil Servants, Teachers) will receive a discount when selling a home and a portion of my commission when buying a home. If you are not in the HERO category, you can still receive a $250 Visa GIFT CARD. I also donate a portion of each sale to a non-profit organization of the hero's choice or "First Responders Endowed Kinship" I founded. All proceeds raised through this non-profit will go to help First Responders when they've had trouble on their homefront.
I am proud to have the best agents in the business on my team and my assistant is here to help 24/7.
My entire team is focused on you, your home and getting you the most value for your money. Don't be fooled by going with an agent that looks at you like another sale. Some of the teams & groups are only focused on increasing their numbers. I want to earn your business and appreciate it!
Everything I have done in my business is to make my clients feel as if they are the only client I have.
I also have vast experience in VA, FHA & down payment assistance and know that many buyers do not have 20% to put down. There are many options for you to purchase your home with little or no money down. Let's talk and discuss what works for you.

Carrie is incredibly focused on the needs of her clients. From her attention to detail and dedication to her clients and their needs, comes more referrals from them, friends and family. Over 50% of her clients are referral or first responder based.
During the process of helping clients, Carrie saw a need with moving firefighters during the fire season and retired Vets. That prompted the start up of Operation Movin’ Fire Families. Carrie and her numerous volunteers help firefighter families pack and relocate especially during fire season but not limited to that. Operation Movin’ Fire Families will grow to include helping retired Vets pack and relocate, as well. Carrie’s service to others shines through in everything she does.
Carrie was able to provide me with properties that were close to where I wanted to buy. It took not that many visits since the ideal one was well chosen by her for my family to visit and make an offer. Carrie is very punctual and clear on what the houses had to offer. Carrie also was very valuable in helping first time buyers like me to feel confident about the whole process.
- Ivan S.
Carrie has the determination and dedication to find the best house for her client’s needs. Highly recommend her.
- Mac M.
Carrie Warren got our home sold after 12 days on the market while other homes in our neighborhood had been sitting for months. She was constantly looking for new ways to advertise our home. I recommend this realtor to anyone who’s ready to sell or purchase a home.

Five Star Rising Star Professional Award winner for 2020
We are extremely motivated to assist buyers and sellers! My business partner John Stolis, is a San Diego Magazine 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award Winner in “Customer Satisfaction” multiple year recipient! Together we will exceed every expectation!
I was a General Contractor for over 20 years in the greater Los Angeles area and Thousand Oaks, Ca. We did a wide variety of projects from residential and commercial remodels, custom homes, new commercial centers, apartment buildings, a custom 4-unit condominium project and homes on the beach in Malibu and developed and built a 184-unit Condominium project in Thousand Oaks, California. Part of our development portfolio included a parcel in LA County now known as Santa Clarita. Due to a moratorium on building in that area, we sold the property, and bought other parcels, buildings and the buildings and assets of a Furniture Manufacturing Company. Furniture Manufacturing brought me to San Diego, where we manufactured wholesale Wall Units and Entertainment Centers.
I have retained my B-1 General Contractors license, Zachary Widdes Construction also known as ZW Construction. In 2007 I obtained my Real Estate License, joined a local Brokerage and the local Realtor association. Working with Buyers is very satisfying; helping people find their dream home, exploring the possibilities of what can be done to make it truly theirs! Working with Sellers, I assist them in getting their home ready to shine, to realize the best outcome for them. Listening is the most important job I have: what are my clients wishing to achieve, and then steer them in the right direction.
In April of 2021, I placed my license with United Real Estate San Diego. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors. As a contractor, I bring my expertise of construction knowledge to my clients: what can and can't be done to a home, what is good and what is wrong with the home.
Specialties: I offer the ability to get a home ready to sell, and to fix it up after the purchase.
